Our Experiment

Mr. Anthony gave us an article to read about the ways to be HAPPY!!. Everyone in the class decided to follow the methods suggested in the article for a month. The best three methods we found from the article are identifying and strenghtening our 5 strengths, thinking about 3 good things in life before we sleep, and the random acts of kindness.
This blog is created to record our experience from the doing these experiments and how we became a happier person!!
